Ben Jaffe

Sat, Sep 4 7:00pm

w/ opener Sonya Kitchell

Benjamin Jaffe is a musician and songwriter originally from the Berkshires. He has lived in Los Angeles and Nashville for the past 15 years where he has gotten involved in various music, film and tv shenanigans. His former band honeyhoney released several records and toured globally performing at Newport Folk Festival and Coachella among others as well as winning a BMI award for writing the theme song for TBS’s The Guestbook. As a songwriter Jaffe’s songs for his own projects as well as other artists records have received millions of streams and been incorporated into many television shows. His solo performances bridge the gap between the offerings of a singer/songwriter, and muti-media narrative. It’s kind of hard to explain, perhaps it’s better to come see the show.

Opener: Sonya Kitchell is an American singer-songwriter. Kitchell formed her first band and began writing music in 2001. In 2004 Sonya signed with Velour Records and was named the second Starbucks Hear Music Artist, releasing her first international-selling record, Words Came Back to Me on Velour Records.
