Emerging Artist Series: AnnaLeah Lacoss

Since 2020, The Foundry has curated young artists in a variety of genres including music, theater, dance, and comedy, offering them a professional platform and audience on Tuesday evenings in our black box theater. 


AnnaLeah Lacoss, from Windsor, Connecticut, has been playing classical violin for 12 years. In high school she studied under Sarah Washburn at the University of Hartford’s Hartt School of Music. She is currently a student at Hope College in Holland, Michigan, where she is studying under Mihai Craioveanu while pursuing a degree in English literature. In addition to her classical studies, she plays fiddle and folk music in the Intarsia Duo.
