Through guided and freestyle dance and meditation, learn tools to enliven creativity, calm the nervous system, and connect to your heArt. This morning will be a taste of an extended dance and expressive arts workshop to come in the spring! Come dance with us!
February is American Heart Month nationwide and HeArt Month at The Foundry! Raising awareness about our physical heart health is invaluable, but how do we take care of our emotional heart health? We all need a little heart healing now and again.
